Board Directors:

Barry Randell, President
	Barry Randell has served members of the MCMA as President since 2004. Since 2001, Barry has occupied the position of Director, Court Services with the City of Toronto. As President, Barry has been active in working with other Associations and meets regularly with staff of the Ontario Ministry of the Attorney General. Barry has been involved with Ontario's justice system since 1974 and has a particular interest in finding greater efficiencies within the court system that improves public access to this important service.
Norman Scarratt, Vice-President, Board Director (Central East)
	Norman Scarratt is currently the Vice-President of the MCMA and the Board Director representing Central East Ontario. Norman has been on the board since 2004 and he is actively involved in policy work, including the MCMA Legislation Committee and POA Streamlining Project. He has been a court administrator for over 25 years and has been operating the POA Courts in the Regional Municipality of York since 2001
Denis Desrosiers, Board Director (North East)
	Denis has worked in Court Administration for the last 16 years at both the Provincial and Municipal court levels. Currently he is Court Liaison Supervisor of the Provincial Offences Division with the City of Sault Ste. Marie and as been there, in that capacity, for the last 10 years. Denis has been very active on many committees recently, most notably the Appeals Committee which saw the return of appeals to the Province, the Ontario Court of Justice. Currently he is a member of the Forms Committee and is a municipal representative on the CIMS Project, a Provincial and Municipal initiative looking at the replacement of all programs utilized by the courts, by one comprehensive system.
Patrick Emard, Board Director (East)
	Patrick Emard, City of Ottawa (biography to be updated).
Tom Hudacin, Secretary, Board Director (West)
	Tom Hudacin is new to the board for the 2008 -2010 session as Director representing West Region Courts. Tom also currently serves on the MCMA Education Committee, the French Language Services Committee and is involved in the provincial e-ticketing initiative. He has worked in various areas of the justice sector for 20 years and has been manager of the Waterloo Region Provincial Offences Court since 2006.
Heather Kasprick, Board Director (North West)
	Heather Kasprick is currently the Board Member representing the North West Region. Heather is new to the Board and also serves as the Education Committee Chair on the Board of Directors for MCMA. Heather has been the POA Supervisor for the City of Kenora and the Municipal partners of Red Lake and Sioux Narrows since 2005. She has worked in the Municipality for 15 years in a variety of capacities.
Mena Nitsche, Treasurer, Board Director (Central West)
	Mena Nitsche is the new Central West Region representative as well as the Treasurer to the MCMA Board. She is active in the Education Committee, the ICON Committee, the Conviction Record Improvement Committee (CRIC) and the CIMS Financial Group. Mena has worked in various positions in Court Administration for over 27 years and has been the Manager of the Provincial Offences Court in the City of Brantford since September 2000.
